  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Use the App in compliance with applicable laws

  • Only upload or record content you have the right to use

  • Obtain all necessary permissions and consents before recording others or capturing slides/documents

  • Not misuse the App or interfere with its operation

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the content you create or upload.

Recording & Consent Reminder

Audio and image capture may be subject to local laws, workplace rules, and contractual obligations. You are responsible for ensuring that recording, transcription, and storage are lawful and appropriately disclosed to participants.

  • The App, its design, branding, and software are owned by BK Media

  • By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service

The App may integrate third-party services (e.g. secure cloud infrastructure, authentication providers, transcription, or AI processing). We select providers carefully and require appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

Where required, you may be asked to provide additional consent for specific processing activities (e.g., AI processing).

  • Content you record, upload, or process through the App

  • Violations of applicable laws (including recording or data protection laws)

  • Breach of these Terms or misuse of the App
